Great location, helpful staff
Have to call reception if room needs to be cleaned. Small towels only provided. Kettle didn’t work, but was handed a new one.

Disappointing would be the best way to describe it.
The location was good. It wasn't that far a walk from the station. There was a restaurant that we could eat at nearby. The bed was more comfortable than a previous hotel.
It was very dirty and smelled like cigarettes. There was hair on the brush and it wasn't clean. The bathroom needed to be clean better.
